Abstract

Low temperature heat capacity measurements (0.6<T<20 K) have been performed in a large umpoled single crystal of ferroelectric trisarcosine calcium chloride (TSCC). A Debye temperature Θc D ≃ 384 K is obtained. As previously reported in other ferroelectric crystals, a contribution in excess of T3 Debye one, is observed at the lowest temperatures.
