The peculiarities of dielectric susceptibility dynamics in mixed ferro-glass phase of disordered ferroelectrics

Abstract

The calculations of temperature and frequency dependence of dielectric susceptibility in the disordered ferroelectrics are carried out in the framework of random field theory. The results fitted fairly well the experimental data for K_0,965Li_0,035TaO₃ which is known to be in mixed ferro-glass phase. The peculiarities of dielectric susceptibility behavior in the disordered systems like relaxors PLZT, PST are also discussed.
