Abstract

Selective glycosylation of 4-amino-5H-imidazo [4, 5-c]-1, 2, 6-thiadiazine 2, 2-dioxide (1) through its 1-benzyl derivative (2) is described. The structures of the compounds are discussed on the basis of ¹H nmr 2D homonuclear chemical shift correlations, NOE difference spectroscopy and iterative analyses.
