Abstract

The phosphoramidites of protected cordycepin, thymidine and deoxyadenosine were prepared and the two isomers were well separated by medium-pressure chromatography. Condensations were performed in solution to dimers and on solid support to oligomers. The stereochemical consequences will be discussed.
