Abstract

Adenosine A1 receptors in the smooth muscle cell line DDT1 MF-2 were characterized by radioligand binding using the antagonist [3H]-8-cyclopentyl-1,3-dipropylxanthine ([3H]DPCPX) as the ligand. Binding properties of adenosine agonists and antagonists to both intact cells and membranes were investigated.
