Abstract

Simplified sequencing of an oligoribonucleotide containing 16 bases is accomplished by matrix assisted laser desorptiodionization time of flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry. We used delayed ion extraction (DE) technique and kinetic degradation with two exonucleases.
