Abstract

The title compound was synthesized by a transamination reaction between N4 -benzoyl-2′-deoxy-5′-O-(4,4′-dimethoxytrityl)cytidine and hexane-1,6-diamine in the presence of 1,5,7-triazabicyclo(4.4.0)dec-5-ene (TBD).
