Sandra G. Hershberg

Dr. Sandra G. Hershberg is a psychoanalyst and adult and child psychiatrist. She is the Director of Psychoanalytic Training, Founding Member and Training and Supervising Analyst at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis in Washington, DC. She is a Training and Supervising Analyst at the Washington Baltimore Center for Psychoanalysis, where she received an award for excellence in teaching in 2019. She is a Geographical Supervising Analyst at the St. Louis Institute of Psychoanalysis and the Pittsburgh Psychoanalytic Institute. She is on the Clinical Faculty at Georgetown University Medical School. Dr. Hershberg serves as an Associate Editor of the journal Psychoanalysis, Self and Context and is on the Editorial Board of Psychoanalytic Inquiry.

Janna Sandmeyer

Dr. Janna Sandmeyer is Chair of the Contemporary Approaches to Psychodynamic Psychotherapy program at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy + Psychoanalysis (ICP+P), where she was Founding Chair of the Task Force for Sexual Diversity and Inclusion. She serves on the Editorial Boards of Psychoanalytic Inquiry and Psychoanalysis, Self and Context. She is faculty and supervisor at ICP+P and at the Washington School of Psychiatry. She maintains a private practice in Washington, DC.
