Chester M. Winters is Manager of EDP Audit at The First National Bank of Allentown (Pennsylvania). He has had 18 years of data processing experience, including programming, systems design, operations, and EDP auditing. Part of his previous experience was with the Ingersoll Rand Company and the Berwind Corporation. Mr. Winters is certified in Production and Inventory Management and is also a Certified Administrative Manager.
