Duncan M. Davidson is an attorney with Irell & Manella in Los Angeles. He concentrates on legal matters relating to computers. He is chairman of the Committee on. Proprietary Rights in Software, Division on Law Relating to Computers of the American Bar Association's Section on Science and Technology. He has written and spoken on topics relating to computer law and recently was co-author of “Computer System Procurement”, 30 Emory L. J. 395 (1981), as part of a Computer Law Symposium issue. He has a J. D. from the University of Michigan.
