Richard Houck

Richard Houck is a Manager in the Washington, D.C. office of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is in charge of their Computer Audit Specialty Team and their Advanced Computer Audit Techniques Group. Houck is the author of Magicpan, an audit-related software package distributed worldwide. Houck is past president of the National Capital Chapter of The EDP Auditors Association. He writes a column “The Ex-Prez Sez” in the chapter's newsletter The Post Audit Review. We thought that our readers might enjoy a sampling of his iconoclastic and irreverent views from February 1986, March 1986, and November 1985 columns.
