Walter P. Opaska is a computer security officer for the United States Postal Service at its Raleigh, North Carolina computer center. Previously, he was an EDP auditor and a criminal investigator with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. Mr. Opaska is also a Certified Public Accountant, maintaining a private practice.
