Javier F. Kuong

Javier F. Kuong is a management consultant and president of Management Advisory Services and Publications, an organization devoted solely to the EDP audit, control, and security fields. He is the editor of COM-SAC, Computer Security, Audit, and Controls and COM-AND, Computer Audit News and Developments. He has lectured throughout the world and is the author of a series of books and audit practice manuals. Mr. Kuong has previously held positions with Atlas Chemical, Cabot Corporation, and Arthur Young & Company.
