Arturo Maria

Arturo Maria, PhD, is an information systems consultant and RACF project manager at Puget Sound Power and Light Company, Bellevue WA. Maria has held senior technical and consulting positions at Sperry Corp (Portland OR), Rainier National Bank (Seattle WA), and Peoples National Bank (Seattle WA). This is adapted from a presentation made to the 10th National Computer Security Conference, September 21-24, 1987.
