Pauli Vahtera

Pauli Vahtera, Authorized Public Accountant, CPA, CISA, MBS, is with Tilintarkastajien Oy—Auditors' Ltd., Helsinki. He has written or coauthored more than 200 articles and books dealing with various aspects of control, auditing, and data processing. Vahtera is a member of the Accounting Board of Finland, which issues guidelines for interpreting Finnish accounting law. He currently is responsible for the board's statements dealing with EDP.
