Ram S. Sriram

Ram S. Sriram, CPA, is an assistant professor of accounting information systems at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He has written several articles on systems and auditing. Sriram received his PhD in accounting from the University of North Texas. Before this, he was deputy chief officer of the Bank of India.

Glenn E. Sumners

Glenn E. Sumners, DBA, CPA, CFE, is a member of the faculty of Louisiana State University (LSU), where he teaches internal auditing. Before receiving the DBA from the University of Tennessee, Sumners received a BS and MA from the University of Alabama. He is currently the Institute of Internal Auditors consulting professor in academic relations. Sumners is the faculty adviser for the LSU Internal Audit Pilot School Program.
