How to Develop Effective RFPs

Abstract

The goals of computer vendors and the users they service are often incompatible. And unfortunately, vendors are usually more skilled and experienced in selling computers than users are in purchasing a system that meets their requirements. A request for proposal (RFP), however, shifts control of system selection to the user.
