Structured Systems Planning

Abstract

A tremendous amount of effort can be wasted in developing a systems plan, especially if the effort is haphazard or if the desired output documents are not predetermined, This article discusses a systematic approach to systems planning and presents a case study of the development of a systems planning methodology.
