Abstract

Shifting trends in computer industry growth are a source of concern for MIS managers, who must understand the reasons behind the changes and adjust their purchasing plans accordingly. Increasing pressure from corporate management to justify acquisition decisions should force a healthy reexamination of your own assumptions.
