Bane or Boon? What the CEO Really Thinks of MIS

Abstract

To answer the question, “What do CEOs think about information systems? ” first step back and ask, “What do CEOs normally think about? ”Effective CEOs spend almost all of their time thinking about problems and opportunities, and the information systems department that presents either is sure to get the CEO's attention.
