Evaluating OS/2

Abstract

Every once in a while the technologists get out of hand a make changes that affect existing programs —that is, affect them so that they don't work any more. By the time you read this, the newest of such changes, IBM's OS/2 and its Microsoft version, should be available from your local computer store.
