Examining End-User Computing

Pages 84-85 | Published online: 31 May 2007

Abstract

Although end-user computing has had a major impact on the information systems business, few books adequately discuss the subject. This column reviews three books that address some important aspects of end-user computing — how it can change the way people work, the benefits that can result from this change, and economic justifications for it.
