Abstract

Although strategic information systems planning has become an important management process in most organizations, planning methods vary widely. This article discusses 15 propositions that are essential to all effective strategic IS efforts.

He received his PhD in applied statistics at Dublin University and has worked as a computer manager and as a management consultant and trainer.
