Abstract
When an organization adopts an ambitious growth plan, the IS department must work hard to accommodate such growth. An evaluation of the existing IS support system is critical. This column presents a case study of one manager who faced this situation and provides four specific actions not only to adjust to the change but to capitalize on it.
