The Role of Constructive Diagrams in Systems Development

Abstract

System diagrams help document, communicate, and validate the design of a system being developed. They can also construct new insights into the problem the system is intended to solve and possible solutions. This article describes the use of constructive diagrams in systems design, and an example is provided.
