Training for Users as a Management Issue

Abstract

End-user computing is a prevalent and important aspect of an organization's business operations. For users to be as productive as possible, IS managers must ensure that users are trained properly in all areas of computing. This article offers an example of an extensive data base training program that teaches both computing skills and concepts.
