Abstract

Currently, some IT organizations are losing both their credibility and the support of senior management because they have failed to provide prompt and economical delivery of solutions for the businesses of which they are a part. Those IT organizations must change their direction now by reevaluating their roles in the business. Such a process requires the IT organization to examine six areas that are critical in this transformation.
