John Putz is currently Assistant Professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at Alma College. After receiving a B.S. from Southeast Missouri State University, he taught secondary school mathematics and earned M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from St. Louis University. Among his principal interests are teaching, problem solving, and generalizing.
