Discussion on “A Hybrid Selection and Testing Procedure with Curtailment” by Elena M. Buzaianu and Pinyuen Chen

Abstract

Professors Elena Buzaianu and Pinyuen Chen have constructed a hybrid selection and testing procedure with curtailment for Bernoulli populations. Their work opens up numerous other possibilities for further refinements and generalizations. Some of those are briefly considered here, along with some issues related to the implementation of the proposed procedure.
