Acknowledgements
The papers herein evolved over some five years, and we acknowledge the forbearance of those authors who submitted manuscripts more or less around the original ‘due date.’ We thank the exploration companies that provided financial support for this large project, including those ‘project champions’ from each of the sponsor companies, many who have moved on to other exploration companies since the SPIRT project began.
