Abstract
The intent here is to offer a financial assessment template that students and faculty can use in strategic management courses. The template can also be used by financial analysts. This template relies on a quantitative and qualitative assessment of multiple performance criteria, using a multistage benchmarking process. The objective is to facilitate a pragmatic yet comprehensive analysis.
