Abstract
The Czech Republic is undergoing massive restructuring of its economy through the move to a free-market system. This article outlines the needs for ongoing education and manager training in capitalism as the Czech Republic continues its drive toward privatization. Recommendations for coordinated programs to meet business development needs are provided for businesses and training providers. Information gathered from Czech education providers can be used by other countries planning business education reform as well as by United States and other free-market institutions assisting with these programs.
