Lars Nicander
Lars Nicander is Director for the Centre for Asymmetric Threat Studies at the Swedish National Defence College, Stockholm. From 1997 to 2002, he was Secretary of the Cabinet Working-Group on Defensive Information Operations. A political scientist, Mr. Nicander has served in various positions within the Swedish national security community. He is an elected member of the Institute of Strategic Studies in London and a Fellow of The Royal Swedish Academy of War Sciences.
