Aad J.J. Zonnenberg

Dr. Zonnenberg received his dental degree from the University of Groningen, School of Dentistry, in 1975. He has been in private practice since. In the first few years, he focused his attention on prosthodontics and gnathology. He organized several courses in the Netherlands that were given by the late Charles E. Stuart. D.D.S. He is a member of various professional organizations, among them, the European Academy of Gnathology. and participates in the research performed by the Craniomandibular Health Foundation Holland.

Onno G.T. van Wonderen

Onno G.T. van Wonderen, D.D.S.

Dr. van Wonderen graduated from the University of Amsterdam, School of Dentistry in 1974. He is cofounder of a dental clinic where his specialty is periodontology. Dr. van Wonderen participates in the research performed by the Craniomandibular Health Foundation in Holland.

J.W. Pim Valk

J.W. Pim Valk

Dr. Pim Valk received his dental degree in 1971 from the University of Amsterdam, School of Dentistry, and became specialized in orthodontics in 1975 (University of Amsterdam). He has been in private practice since and a staff member of the Elisabeth Hospital in Haarlem since 1978. His special interest focused on patients that were treated for cheilo-gnatho-palatoschizis. He has cooperated in the research of craniomandibular disorders and cofounded the Craniomandibular Health Foundation Holland. He is a member of various professional organizations and has been a guest member of the staff of the Department of Materia Technica of the University of Amsterdam (ACTA). As a guest member he has published and coauthored several papers. His thesis, Enamel damage resulting from fixed orthodontic appliances, was published in 1987.
