Blind faith: some personal reflections on Nigerian fieldwork

Pages 275-285 | Published online: 05 Nov 2010

Notes

1. I have been able to conduct fieldwork in other parts of Africa (Senegal, Gambia, Kenya) and in south India (Kerala), Vietnam and northern California. Here my remarks here will be confined to Nigeria.

2. The plaintiffs also sought compensation under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and California state law.
