Pages 32-40 | Published online: 01 Feb 2016

Abstract

Extranet, a latest IS buzzword, is becoming one of the hottest topics among U.S. corporations. It integrates the technologies developed in the Internet and the Intranet. Meanwhile, groupware's definition is broadening to include business-to-business collaboration. Companies are extending the standard features of groupware to their customers and suppliers via their extranets. This paper discusses various applications between extranet and groupware.
