Abstract
Translated by G. J. Racz
This selection of poetry by women Modernista writers represents a group of authors often excluded when discussing Modernismo. Consequently, translation of works by women Modernistas is a rare occurrence. These three poems provide a rich and diverse perspective of the content and form of three essential women writers of the turn of the twentieth century: Delmira Agustini (Uruguay, 1886-1914), Juana de Borrero (Cuba, 1877–1896), and Alfonsina Storni (Argentina, 1892-1938).
