Elizabeth Lowe

Elizabeth Lowe is a professor of Translation Studies at New York University. She was co-translator, with Earl E. Fitz, of the first English edition of Lispector’s Agua Viva (as The Stream of Life), and published an interview with Lispector in Review 24. She has translated major works by Machado de Assis and Euclides da Cunha, and is currently working on two books by Nélida Piñon . She will guest edit Review 102 (Digital Brazil: Voices of Resistance, Spring 2021).
