ABSTRACT
Through the lens of the author’s experiences as a former young actor, adult TYA practitioner, and individual in recovery for an eating disorder, this autoethnographic exploration weaves together personal narratives to examine youth bodies, body image, consent, and the role of the adult for young in youth theatre and theatre education spaces.
