Abstract
The CdF2 and low-temperature polymorphs α-PbF2, α-PbSnF4, single crystals are grown from F-containing solutions under hydrothermal conditions. The unit cell parameters and fields of stability of crystals grown are determined. The measurements of ionic conductivity show a large anisotropy of the conductivity depending on crystallographic direction.
