Since publication, it has come to our attention that a number of errors have occurred in the above article, and are hereby corrected below:

On p. 785, lines 6–9 should read:

[…] In addition, the steel ring (I) which holds the press in place is attached to the rotation mechanism by components K, which also provide thermal connection to the first stage of the CCR. […]

On p. 787, lines 1–2 should read:

The systems chosen to test the technique were the hydrogen-bonded materials KH2PO4 (KDP) and squaric acid (H2C4O4 or H2SQ). [...]

On p. 787, line 15 should read:

[…] is in this phase at ambient pressure (with lattice parameters a=7.45Å, c=6.97Å 4), and […]
