Abstract
On the basis of pressure investigations of electric permittivity and remnant polarization, a new P-T phase diagram was obtained, and it was ascertained that in Pb(Zr1-xTi)O3 solid solutions with x up to 5%, the following phase transitions exist: A0⇆ F and F ⇆ P for pressure p < pF; A0 ⇆ F, A1⇆ F, and F ⇆ P for p1 < p < pc; and A0⇆ A1, and A1⇆ P for p > p0. A1 is a new antiferroelectric phase induced by pressure p > p1 and p, is a critical pressure at which the ferroelectric phase disappears.
