Bubble point measurements for the ternary system: Carbon dioxide, methane and normal hexadecane

Abstract

This paper describes an experimental aaratus for determining liquid-liquid or vapour-liquid phase transitions at high pressure (1 ≤ P ≤ 500 bar). This apparatus was used in the case of ternary mixtures of methane-hexadecanecarbon dioxide, for different concentrations of the components. Pressure-temperature characteristics of the bubble points are given.
