Abstract

Hydrostatic pressure is the powerful method of action on the mechanisms of plastic deformation and fracture of solids[1]. This effect is widely used in the technologies aimed at obtaining specimens with the desired physical and mechanical properties. The processes of hydrostatic treatment of materials is the most promising in this respect.
