Huei-Yaw Ke

Received his M.S. degree in mechanical engineering and his Ph.D. degree in aeronautics and astronautics engineering from National Cheng Kung University, ROC in 1984 and 1989, respectively. He has actively participated in reliability activities of many R&D projects and been involved in the research of reliability technology from 1989. Currently, he is an associate scientist in CSIST. He is a member of the Reliability Steering Committee in Chinese Society for Quality (CSQ) and he teaches the Certified Reliability Engineers (CRE) course for CSQ, and reliability engineering and management courses for colleges. Dr. Ke has authored a book (Reliability Assurance—The Application of Management and Engineering Techniques, in Chinese) and several journal and conference papers. His present research interests are in quality and reliability program management, reliability analysis, and system engineering management.
