Kalyan Kumar Chowdhury

Is a professor in the Statistical Quality Control and Operations Research (SQC & OR) Unit at the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI)Bangalore. He is the present Head of SQC & OR Unit, Bangalore, India. He holds a master's degree in statistics from ISI, Calcutta. He has extensively worked on quality improvement of products/services in a large number of industries. He is a qualified Lead Assessor for IS0 9000 and QS 9000 systems. He also teaches in the academic programs of the institute.

E. V. Gijo

Is a specialist in Statistical Quality Control and Operations Research (SQC & OR) Unit at the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Bangalore, India. He holds a master's degree in Statistics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and a master's degree in quality, reliability, and operations research from the Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta. He is an active consultant to a variety of industries in the field of quality management and statistical tools. He is a Qualified Lead Assessor for IS0 9000 and IS0 14000 systems.

R. Raghavan

Is a manager at Hewlett Packard India Ltd. He is an electronics engineer and has industrial experience of nearIy 15 years.
