Jillian Kaufman

Jiliian Kaufman received her master's degree in industrial engineering from Clemson University in 1999. She is currently employed by IBM. Her research interests are focused in usability, quality and human-computer systems design.

Anand Gramopadhye

Anand K. Gramopadhye is an associate professor of industrial engineering. He received his doctoral degree in industrial engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1992. His research interests are focused in modeling humans in process and quality systems, inspection, and training. He has published over 100 papers in reveiwed journals and proceedings in the above areas. His research has been funded by various federal and industry sponsors. He is a member of Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, American Society for Quality, and Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Delbert Kimbler

D. L. Kimbler is professor and chair of industrial engineering at Clemson University. He received his B.S.E. with distinction (1976) at the University of South Florida and received his M.S. (1978) and Ph.D. (1980) in industrial engineering at Virginia Tech. He is a senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and American Society of Quality and is a member of the American Society for Engineering Education and the Human Factors Ergonomics Society. He is presently pursuing research in applications of quality engineering and technology-driven issues in ergonomics
