ABSTRACT
In this issue we focus on three key projects of ISO TC 69 Subcommittee 4 on applications of statistical methods in process management. When these projects are completed in several years we should have a robust set of International Standards on control charts, process capability and performance measures, and statistical process control. We will also look briefly at two relatively new areas of management systems standardization: local government and occupational health and safety.
