Wei Jiang

Wei Jiang is a Distinguished Professor in Operations Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He holds a B.S. (1989) in Mathematics and an M.S. (1992) in Statistics from Xi’an Jiaotong University and a Ph.D.(2000) in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research interests are in statistical quality control and improvement, data mining and business intelligence, and all aspects of operations management including healthcare optimization and financial risk management. He is currently an Associate Editor of Naval Research Logistics and IIE Transactions. He was a recipient of the NSF CAREER Award in 2005.

Wenpo Huang

Wenpo Huang is an Assistant Professor in Department of Industrial Engineering at Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mathematics from Xi’an Jiaotong University and his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Macau. His current research interests include statistical process control and data mining.
