Reconstruction of a large nasal alar defect

Abstract

The reconstruction of a nasal ala defect is challenging for the reconstructive surgeon. A myriad of options are available for the ala defect. We present a case of a large ala defect that was reconstructed with a modified dorsal nasal flap.
